Judy's Note: Jenny has dedicated this book to her friend and indeed, every quilter's friend, Narelle Grieve, who sadly passed away in September 2009. Narelle was the inaugual winner of the coveted Rajah Award in 2005 at the AQC (Australasian Quilt Convention). Narelle once commented to Jenny that "one day you could program a computerized sewing machine to totally stitch a quilt"! This was at a Quilt Show in Mildura, too many years ago that any of us care to remember; it was at this Quilt Show that I first met Jenny and I'm proud to consider her a friend who often freely gives me advice and a "caring lecture". |
