Chelsea is a wonderful combination of a tote bag and a backpack. Wear it over your shoulder with one strap, or unzip the strap and use it as a backpack. Cinch it closed again by pulling the shoulder strap through the loop. You may tuck the top corners in or wear it flat. Elegant or spunky!
