I did a course at the Caloundra Sewing Centre and purchased this product through Margaret. I haven't even used the handbag as the frame is rusting. I showed Margaret the bag on the 6th Dec. and was informed on the 19th January that you won't replace it "as there have been no other complaints" I purchased this product in good faith and find it unacceptable that, through no fault of mine, I have a faulty handle. I would appreciate your reply to this.
