2008 Calendar to quilt, sew, craft and embellish as you wish.
The Create-A-Calendar contains three poly-cotton fabric sheets printed with four months per sheet and extra space allowing hemming, binding and quilting.
You may create four colour blocks and appliquéor fuse fabric designs to personalize each month.
Stitch colour block sections to calendar and layer with batting and backing fabric.
Quilt & bind.
You may like to apply photos using image transfers or inkjet printable fabric sheets or create your favourite quilt blocks. Of course you may embellish with ribbons, buttons, charms etc. even use permanent markers to mark special dates.
Judy's Note: Because 2008 is well underway, may I suggest you could use a Memory Photograph of something exciting that happened this year and use it with the appropriate calendar portion, highlighting the date indicating the day the photo was taken? Would make a wonderful wall hanging heirloom memorabilia. |
