Sometimes you may need to felt in a small area, a defined area or simply to outline. 
Clover have introduced a Pen Style Needle Felting Tool to accomplish delicate work, outlines and to be used in conjunction with their new Appliqué Moulds.
Use 1, 2 or 3 needles and even has two adjustable needle lengths.
Includes a free attachment for their Needle Felting Appliqué Moulds.
Replacement Needles are Clover Needle Felting Tool Refill, available in Heavyweight or Lightweight.
Suggest using Clover Needle Felting Mat too.
