Hi Everyone
As I’ve been
“on the road” so much this last month, you haven’t had
an April Newsletter and, in fact, I’m in Brisbane exhibiting at the
Stitches & Craft Show as I write, so this is simply a short email
to you all as a reminder that Mother’s Day is only a week away and
we do have some wonderful Mother’s Day offers for you.
I shall send you a
regular update Newsletter as soon as possible, but in the meantime, may
I hope that you all will enjoy the forthcoming family day, whether it
be sharing the day with your family, talking to them by phone or simply
remembering all the happy times you had with your own Mum in days gone
by. Myself, I’ll be fortunate this year to have both our daughters
with us since the one who lives so far away just by chance has our eldest
granddaughter playing representative Hockey in Wagga that very weekend,
so all the family is accompanying her. Our other daughter lives close
by so we always see them on Mother’s Day. My own Mother passed away
far too early in life and John’s Mother hasn’t known anyone
for years and years now.
Mums are pretty special
people and we all think our Mums are the best and that’s the way
it should be!
For those who like
an update on the farm news, we did finally receive a little rain last
week so the relief has arrived but now needs some follow up, of course,
but this is a start. For months and months it seemed to go around us and
we always had missed out.
Our next Show coming
up is in Perth and we always love travelling to the West. Perth girls,
check out the Pre Show Seminar I have on Circles & Curves and make
sure you book as soon as possible. This is far more interesting and informative
than first meets the eye, so you really won’t want to miss out.
Promise I’ll
write more to you when I get the first opportunity and really catch you
up on all the relative news.
