The Angler2 ™

The Angler 2 is a plastic template that fits every sewing machine. It can be installed and reinstalled in minutes with a few pieces of masking tape. Make up to 7¾inch squares with this upgrade. (from the original The Angler)

It eliminates the necessity of drawing or pressing diagonal seam guide lines and is very accurate for chain piecing.
After a bit of practice, it cuts piecing time in half for most of the 'quick piecing' techniques. There are computer generated accurate seam guides on each side of the centre line. Many shops use it as a prerequisite for classes because of the accurate seam as ¼inch sewing machine feet vary from brand to brand. It also makes a good class for shops as it is easy to demonstrate.
'Flying Geese' blocks are made quickly, accurately and easily with The Angler 2 TM. Any 'Snowball' or diagonal corner or end quilts are a snap to make using the tool. Binding strips go together quickly.
Eliminates the need to make grids for triangle-squares as they are time consuming and, if lines are not drawn just right, the grid method is not as accurate. Triangle-squares may be made in a chain piecing manner with The Angler 2 TM.
Mitred corners are made quickly and easily with the tool.
