How do I find the product I want?

When you first enter the store you will see a list of product categories in the left hand section of the screen under the heading "Categories" . On the top right of the screen you will see the Search button. You can either browse the shop catalogue to see what is in stock or you can search for a specific item.

You can browse by clicking on any of the categories in the left-hand frame. This will display a list of the products available on-line in that category.

You can search for a specific item by clicking on the search icon at the top right hand corner (with the magnifying glass). On the search screen you can enter a key word such as pleatmaker and the system will locate all products which contain the key word in the product title or the product's short description. You can also use the Advancesd Search Options to make your serach more specific ( e.g. to search within a particular category or to search for items within a specific price range)

 

How do I get more information about the product I want?

Clicking product name or the product photo in the middle frame will display all the details of that product, including a picture if one is available.

How do I buy the product I want?

You can order your products on-line and pay by credit card using our secure, shopping cart system.
Or, alternatively, you can print out an order form from our Orders page which you mail to us with a cheque, money order or credit card details.

For on-line ordering, you can click on the Buy Now button on the category listing page or if you are loking at the product details page you can click the Add to cart button, which will add the item into your Shopping Cart. You will notice that in the Your Cart section at the top right hand side the number of products and the total value of products in your cart will have changed.

Now you can continue shopping and adding items to your cart by browsing further or via the search page button. If you wish to check the contents of your cart or to place your order, click on the View Cart button. You can remove items from your Shopping Cart at any time in our View Cart page before placing your order.

Completing your purchase

On the View Cart page you can see a list of all the products in your cart and the cost of each item. (The Shopping Cart Status Bar displays the current total cost of your order.) On the View Cart page you can modify the contents of your shopping cart. e.g.To remove an item from your cart click on the Delete Item button under that item.

To place your order, click on the Checkout button. There are three steps in the Checkout process.

1. Customer Details : you will need to enter your Name and Address details so we can send your order to you. If you are a new customer enter your information in the form. If you have signed up as a member of our store you can click on the login link and your name and address details will be taken from our database.

2. Payment Information: we need to know how you will be paying for your order. You can use a Credit Card, redeem a gift voucher, you can call or fax us with your credit card details, or you can send a cheque or money order.

Click on the Continue button and you will be taken to step 3

3. In step 3 you can enter your credit card details or your gift certificate number. You can also enter any special instructions in the Additional Comments section of the order form. (e.g. if you would like your order sent via Express Post. ) Please ensure that all your details are correct and click on the Submit Order button. Then sit back and wait for your order to arrive!

 

Payment Options

Punch with Judy offers a variety of payment options:

Credit Cards: Visa or Mastercard. Your card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship. You can safely enter your credit card via our secure server, which uses the latest technology to encrypt all your information. If you prefer you can telephone, fax or e-mail your credit card details to us.

Money Orders: We are able to accept Australia Post Money Orders denominated in Australian dollars.

Cheques: We will accept personal cheques denominated in Australian dollars and drawn on an Australian bank. However, the item will not be shipped until the cheque has cleared with our bank.

Direct Deposit: Our Accounts Details are as follows: ANZ Bank Wagga Wagga NSW Brand No. 012 823 Account No. 9006 77906 Account Name: Punch with Judy.

Please Note: For Overseas customers we deduct 1/11th of the order cost as GST is not payable on overseas orders.

 

Credit Card Security

Punch with Judy uses the latest technology to protect your credit card information and will not release it to any outside organization. Your on-line orders are encrypted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology, the Internet standard for secure transactions.

I can look at the web site but when I try to place an order the secure order page will not load properly.

If you can view all of the Punch with Judy web site except for the secure order form then you may need to adjust a setting in your web browser. In Internet Explorer go to the Tools menu, select Internet Options, then select Advanced. Scroll down the list to the section names "Security". Make sure that the sections named "Use SSL 2.0" and "Use SSL 3.0" are ticked. Make sure that the section names "Use TLS 1.0" is NOT ticked. Click on Apply. Try placing your order again.

Shipping Information

Our products are delivered via Australia Post. The charge varies depending on the total weight of the order and on the dimensions of the products and whether you prefer standard parcel post or Express Post. Indicate on the order form if you wish the order to be sent Express. A guide for delivery costs is:

Letters:

Up to 250g $3.00
Over 250g to 500g $5.00
Registered Letters an extra $3.80

Parcels:

Up to 500g $7.60
Over 500g to 3 kg $13.80 (providing the order will fit into an Australia Post Satchel 40cm x 31cm)
Over 3 kg to 5 kg $17.60 (providing the order will fit into an Australia Post Satchel 51cm x 43.5cm)

Signature on Delivery Parcels:

Please state "SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY PLEASE" in the Additional Comments Section of the checkout area and $2.95 will be added.
This replaces Registered Post for Parcels.

Extra Cover

           You may choose some insurance on your parcel for $1.50 per $100 of the item's value  Plus you pay $2.95 for Signature on Delivery

Privacy Guarantee

When you order through our secure online website service, rest assured that we will never give, sell or trade any personal information to any outside person or organization. For your protection, your full details including your Credit Card, are permanently deleted from the Internet shortly after we receive same.

Of course, we would have to cooperate fully in any situation where we are required by law or a legal process to provide information about a customer
