Our standard postage & handling fee of $14.00 will be added to your total. Needles, Patterns & other envelope sized products will be only $6.50 p/h (we will adjust the postage cost manually prior to processing your payment).
Some large or heavy items will have an additional postage cost.
If you would like us to use Express Post, please leave a message in the comments section on the Checkout page. Express Post, Insurance or Sign on Delivery there will also be an extra charge.
International orders are charged at actual postage cost.
You will be contacted prior to processing your payment if your postage charges will be more than our standard fee.

Return Policy
Should you have any reason to return goods, such as damaged in transit, you must contact us first giving full particulars.
Sulky Heat-Away stabilizer is a traceable, stitchable, medium weight clear film the can be used as a design template or disappearing support.
It is the perfect choice when you do not want residue left on the fabric; when water is not an option for removing a stabilizer; or when tearing could damage the stitching or fabric. Use it as a topper or stabilizer on fabrics that can tolerate 260 degrees - 300 degrees (cotton setting on most irons).
Not recommended for high pile fabrics as it can get trapped in loops and cause sticking. Removes easily with a dry iron; do not use an ironing press and never press with steam.
Note: Do not trace designs onto Heat-Away using a permanent-ink marker.
Packaged in a re-useable clamshell storage container to keep your stabilizer fresh and usable for years.
All Sulky stabilizers are acid and lead free!
Helpful Hints:
- Because Sulky Heat-Away Stabilizer is made from a non-woven material, it does not stretch in any direction.
- Heat-Away is not recommended for high pile fabrics like terry cloth and fleece as it can get trapped in the loops and be difficult to remove.
- Use a water soluble marker, or a FriXion™ Pen (which disappears with heat), to draw or trace on Heat-Away. Lightly spray Sulky KK 2000 to untraced side, and then smooth it onto your project. Do not use a permanent-ink marker with Heat-Away. Trace on the smooth side, place bumpy side against fabric. (We suggest you do a pre-test with your particular marker.) Tear or cut away as much Heat-Away as possible before ironing away the remaining bits.
- Sulky Heat-Away removes easily by pressing with a hot, dry iron until all the film has melted and formed little balls. Then, simply brush away the remaining particles.
