An innovative technology combines the advantages of a spun thread (softness) with those of a filament thread (evenness and high running length).
Lana Thread is a wool embroidery thread which makes it ideal for creating designs which are soft, fluffy or textured, such as animal fur. It is about 3 times thicker than traditional rayon threads which means you may need to adjust designs to accommodate the extra thickness before stitching out designs, particularly with regard to stitch length and density.
Needle size 100 or 110 is recommended for use with Lana Thread.
Judy’s Note: Personally, I prefer to use a Top Stitch Needle in those sizes because it has a deeper groove down the front of the needle to accommodate the thicker thread.

Our standard postage & handling fee of $14.00 will be added to your total. Needles, Patterns & other envelope sized products will be only $6.50 p/h (we will adjust the postage cost manually prior to processing your payment).
Some large or heavy items will have an additional postage cost.
If you would like us to use Express Post, please leave a message in the comments section on the Checkout page. Express Post, Insurance or Sign on Delivery there will also be an extra charge.
International orders are charged at actual postage cost.
You will be contacted prior to processing your payment if your postage charges will be more than our standard fee.

A flat Postage and Handling fee of $14.00 is added to all orders up to 3kg at checkout.
