Our standard postage & handling fee of $14.00 will be added to your total. Needles, Patterns & other envelope sized products will be only $6.50 p/h (we will adjust the postage cost manually prior to processing your payment).
Some large or heavy items will have an additional postage cost.
If you would like us to use Express Post, please leave a message in the comments section on the Checkout page. Express Post, Insurance or Sign on Delivery there will also be an extra charge.
International orders are charged at actual postage cost.
You will be contacted prior to processing your payment if your postage charges will be more than our standard fee.

SULKY® CRY 30 - Helpful Hints
- For best results use a lightweight bobbin thread. We recommend SULKY® BOBBIN
- Reduce embroidery and sewing speed to prevent thread breakage. If possible, use the start/stop button on your sewing machine.
- Enlarge your embroidery motif at the machine by 10% to 20% if the embroidery program with the SULKY® CRY does not run smoothly.
- When enlarging, the number of stitches remains the same, but the increase in size makes the stitch density looser and therefore easier to embroider.
The needle makes the difference!
We recommend needle size NM 80-90 (Universal or Top Stitch 12/80)
