Our standard postage & handling fee of $14.00 will be added to your total. Needles, Patterns & other envelope sized products will be only $6.50 p/h (we will adjust the postage cost manually prior to processing your payment).
Some large or heavy items will have an additional postage cost.
If you would like us to use Express Post, please leave a message in the comments section on the Checkout page. Express Post, Insurance or Sign on Delivery there will also be an extra charge.
International orders are charged at actual postage cost.
You will be contacted prior to processing your payment if your postage charges will be more than our standard fee.

Should you have any reason to return goods, such as damaged in transit, you must contact us first giving full particulars.
Get all of the colours you need in one package when you buy the 2MM Puffy Foam Assortment. Sulky Puffy Foam gives a beautiful raised effect to embroidery which becomes 3D in appearance. Simply choose the colour to match the thread being used, cut a piece of foam slightly larger than the design and place it on top of the fabric. The stitches will cover up and cut the foam during the embroidery process, resulting in beautiful raised embroidery.

Care Instructions
Washing:
Puffy foam is non-toxic, water resistant and machine washable.
Dry Cleaning or Stain Removal:
DO NOT dry clean as Puffy Foam can absorb the dry-cleaning fluid which would make it flammable.
Ironing:
Steam only. Do not press with an iron
Drying:
Machine dry on low temperature.
Helpful Hints
You can use even very small pieces of Sulky Puffy Foam so there is virtually no waste.
It works best on designs that have a satin stitch edge or underlay techniques that will perforate the foam prior to doing the top. Not all designs or machines are suitable for both weights. Test before applying to finished project.
Look for digitized embroidery designs made especially for Puffy Foam from your favourite design sources.
Layers of Puffy Foam can be stacked to make 4 mm and 5mm thicknesses, or whatever will fit under your presser foot or darning foot without disengaging the top tension.
Puffy Foam looks fantastic with tapered elegant-style lettering. It's fun to use with your satin or column-like decorative stitches. Use under the satin stitch when you appliqué.
When using Puffy Foam, it is often advisable to relax tensions so you don't compress the foam and to reduce the top tension so that the top thread can wrap to the back.
Use the needle type (Sharp, Universal, Ballpoint) best suited to your base fabric. All needle types will suitably perforate Puffy Foam.
If you are digitizing a design to use Puffy Foam, use underlay techniques that will perforate the foam prior to the top layer of stitching: a double "edge walk" of running stitches combined with a light zig-zag will accomplish this, and tack the foam in place.
If any "pokies" remain when the Puffy Foam is pulled away, use a hair dryer or hold a steam iron above the foam and shoot it with steam to make them shrink inside the stitching.
Puffy Foam perforates cleanly when stitched through and makes the stitching stand well above the fabric.
