Triangles on a Roll Tutorial: Braided Chevron

Braided
Chevron is a quilt made of lengths of braids. The braids are easily made
using Sew and Fold on a Roll.
The size of the quilt simply depends on how large you need it to be. The
number of braids also depends upon the desired width of the quilt. The
measurements in this pattern make the braid 6" finished width.
STEP ONE:
Begin
with a triangle and cuts of fabric as noted on the Sew and Fold paper.
For example, the triangle could be cut from a square measuring 3 7/8"
cut diagonally. The strips would be cut 1 5/8" by 1".

Sew the
strips alternately to each side of the triangle as shown. Make the length
of the braid the desired length of your quilt.

lengths of braids together. Tear the paper away.

STEP FOUR:
The top
of the quilt is finished with corner and top triangles

STEP FIVE:
Add a
border, if desired, or simply bind the quilt.
