Open two U-shaped arms together.
Wrap a yarn around the arms.
Follow the same steps with the other side arms.
Close the arms.
Cut the yarn with a sharp pa ir of scissors between the two U-shaped arms.
Cut the yarn all the way around the circle.
Take a strand of yarn, slide it through that same s pa ce in which you cut the yarn, tie a knot and pull it as tight as you can.
