I am usually very hesitant to order items on line because I worried that if the items was not what I expect it to be I would have heaps of problems getting the item replaced or costs refunded. However, Punch with Judy gave me the confidence that purchasing items online is the same if you purchased it at the corner store - at least with her business. I ordered an items just before xmas which unfortunately through no fault of their own,the item in question had a fault. All I did was to send an email stating what the problem was, and within an hour of my email I received a call from one of Judy's staff who in a very efficient and professional manner the problem was resolved to my satisfaction and yes, the replacement of the faulty item was at my door step within 3 days. Just in time to enjoy my new lamp in time for Xmas. Thanks to Punch with Judy, I now feel confident to continue to purchase items on line. I hope that there are many other companies out there with the same integrety, ethical, and legal standards as of Judy's business

Some large or heavy items will have an additional postage cost.
If you would like us to use Express Post, please leave a message in the comments section on the Checkout page. Express Post, Insurance or Sign on Delivery there will also be an extra charge.
International orders are charged at actual postage cost and are always more than the automated $14.00.
