Our Health & Fitness Sessions are taking on a new appearance so as more people may take the opportunity of joining us keeping fit and healthy taking classes at ANY time on ANY day or days to suit your own schedule.
Designed specifically for those who wish to keep supple, flexible, increase strength and muscle condition.
Students who have been part of this program for the past year or so have all greatly appreciated the results but sometimes other activities in their daily lives have prevented attending our weekly sessions from time to time; so this is the ultimate alternative to suit everyone’s schedule as you have 5 days of Workouts given Monday to Friday and you may chose one, two or all sessions to do in YOUR time on ANY day or days. Perfect!

Classes are via an APP which you would download and are run by Jasmine Baily, a fully qualified Fitness Instructor with Fitness Australia. Jasmine will be your “Coach” and you have access to her for questions, answers and guidance. The APP also includes a short video with each exercise so as you may have each exercise explained visually.
Plus, on the 1st Sunday each month, there will be a “live” 45 minute session with Jasmine and all participants via a Zoom Meeting. This is to keep in touch and have personal contact with each other and with Jasmine.
By the way, I have to disclose proudly that Jasmine is my youngest Granddaughter too!
When the time comes, log in with the link you will be given and use the password given; wear comfortable clothes and have a drink bottle of water with you too.

Our standard postage & handling fee of $14.00 will be added to your total. Needles, Patterns & other envelope sized products will be only $6.50 p/h (we will adjust the postage cost manually prior to processing your payment).
Some large or heavy items will have an additional postage cost.
If you would like us to use Express Post, please leave a message in the comments section on the Checkout page. Express Post, Insurance or Sign on Delivery there will also be an extra charge.
International orders are charged at actual postage cost.

Should you have any reason to return goods, such as damaged in transit, you must contact us first giving full particulars.
"I am a registered Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor with Fitness Australia after having completed a Bachelor of Health Science (Exercise and Sport Science) in 2018 at Western Sydney University. I am also currently studying a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) at Endeavour College of Natural Health in Sydney. This education is fuelled by my love of giving individuals the opportunity to empower themselves through exercise, diet and lifestyle education.
In times of stress, exercise has shown to decrease anxiety and depression by increasing blood circulation to the brain, modulating the HPA axis, thereby reducing stress (our HPA axis is our central stress response system). Exercise can also improve our sleep, increase our energy and alertness and the list goes on and on!
With exercise currently being so crucial for many individuals, I am offering a 45 minute workout that requires only a raised surface e.g. step, couch or bench top. All exercises will have modifications, progressions and regressions to suit the level of fitness you are at. I will also be completing the workout live alongside everyone on the 1st Sunday each month to give visual cues and keep motivation! You may choose to have your own visual on or off, if you don't wish me to see you :)
Once enrolled, you will be sent the APP to download so as Jasmine may register you.
