Thank you again for exceptional customer service - well beyond the call of duty.

I am embroidering a wedding quilt and the previous weekend (Easter) realised I would not have enough thread. I placed an order with you on 22 April and you processed it straight away. Friday was Anzac Day and rightly so on such an important and special day there was no post. Imagine my surprise when the thread was delivered on Saturday.

To lose a whole weekend would have meant a huge difference to getting the quilt done on time. Thanks to you and your staff I was able to continue and have all but finished the embroidery now. I can't thank you enough. Incidentally an order I put in to my local store for thread 7 weeks ago is still on backorder!

Why do I shop here?
We are always treated  as if we are the only ones there and nothing is never too much bother. Judy and staff go out of their way to always help us. If they haven’t got it in stock, will do their best to find a substitute so that we can continue are craft journey. Orders always arrive quickly and in good condition.
We are never made to feel that we are just customers at the end of an order. We could not get any more service if we were there in  person.
